Boat, Snowmobile and ATV safety information

Every year hundreds of lives are lost, thousands of people are injured and millions of dollars are lost in property damage. Sometimes these accidents are caused by natural forces and thus are unpreventable but the vast majority remain completely avoidable and are simply the result of lack of safety awareness. As a result we at the IWSF hope that you will take the time to become responsible in your use and operation of boats, snow crafts and/or All Terrain Vehicles and not a statistic. "In 2002 nine out of ten (9/10) boating fatalities were the result of drowning without a life jacket"-US Coast Guard.
